Production Process

Vertically Integrated Production Process

1- PP Extrusion

The appropriate raw materials are dosed and extruded into yarns of desired denier and thickness.

2- Weaving

Fabrics are woven in round, flat, and narrow forms according to customer requests and international standards.

3- Lamination

Depending on the nature of the product to be filled, single or double-sided lamination is applied to the fabric, making the surface of the fabric resistant to air and water, and preventing fine particle products from leaking out of the fabric weave.

4- Cutting

All woven PP materials are cut using hot, ultrasonic, and cold cutting methods.

5- Oppression

Applying polymer to the fabric to prevent fluid and powder materials from leaking through the fabric.

6- Sewing

All cut and shaped materials produced in the factory are assembled and sewn together.

7- PE Extrusion

Production and design of the material used inside big bags, manufactured using different raw materials.
