As Cesur Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we are committed to meeting the Big-Bag requirements of our customers operating both domestically and internationally, with a focus on quality, product safety, environmental awareness and customer satisfaction. We have adopted as a principle the provision of products that meet our customers’ sector-specific needs and expectations at the highest level and comply with national and international standards and applicable legal requirements related to our products. We undertake to provide all necessary support to ensure the continuity and sustainability of these principles.

In line with this purpose and the principles to which we are committed;

To continuously improve our Quality and Product Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials and the ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard,
To ensure good manufacturing practices, good hygiene practices and appropriate environmental conditions,
To ensure the continuous improvement and development of our Food Safety Management System, increase its effectiveness, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain our leading position in the sector,
To ensure effective communication and cooperation on food safety-related matters with our suppliers, customers and relevant parties throughout the food chain,
To ensure that products meeting defined and measurable quality criteria, free from physical, chemical or microbiological contamination, posing no risk to human health, and meeting customer requirements and expectations are produced and delivered to our customers at the most appropriate cost and within the shortest possible time,
To continuously increase quality and efficiency while keeping costs at a minimum level,
To continuously develop and improve our systems by following technological developments,
To establish and maintain a positive quality culture that prioritizes product safety and quality at every level, develops through the active participation of all employees and focuses on continuous improvement; to provide the necessary leadership for the development of this culture, encourage open communication, evaluate employee feedback, provide the resources necessary to achieve defined objectives, regularly review the performance of our quality culture, and plan improvement activities,
To reduce the consumption of natural resources, prevent environmental pollution, raise environmental awareness, comply with applicable environmental legislation, other applicable compliance obligations and customer requirements in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, continuously improve our Environmental Management System and enhance our environmental performance,
To evaluate the environmental impacts of our activities from a life-cycle perspective,
To plan appropriate measures by considering both the impacts of climate change on our activities and the impacts of our activities on climate change,
To use energy, water, polypropylene raw materials and other natural resources efficiently,
To reduce raw material losses in production processes, prevent the generation of plastic waste, and support reuse and recycling practices,
To keep emissions, waste, noise and other environmental impacts under control in order to prevent pollution,
To support practices that contribute to the protection of biodiversity, ecosystems and natural resources,
To improve the environmental awareness of our employees through training and encourage their active participation in the Environmental Management System,
To cooperate with our suppliers and business partners to improve environmental performance,
To regularly review our environmental objectives and targets and monitor them through measurable performance indicators,
To continuously improve the effectiveness of our Environmental Management System and contribute to leaving a more livable environment for future generations,
To increase the expectations and satisfaction levels of all our stakeholders.
